Whipped Tofu Lemon Ricotta

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Place in a serving bowl, and drizzle with olive oil and extra lemon zest.
  3. Serve on your summer grazing board, perfect for a summer lunch!
