Vegan Crêpes
Method:
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a bowl. Whisk in the almond milk and oil. Set the batter aside for 10 minutes.
- Lightly oil a non-stick frying pan placed over medium heat. Pour a big spoon of the batter into the pan, and using the back of your ladle, make circles to expand the mixture to the edge of the pan.
- Cook for 3 minutes then flip. Repeat until the mixture is used up.
- Fill with greek yoghurt and top with fresh berries and a dusting of icing sugar.
