Smoothie Trio

Three delicious vegan smoothies that pack in plenty of nutritious ingredients. Whizz them up in just a few minutes for a deliciously healthy breakfast. A classic green smoothie full of spinach and creamy avocado with sweet mango and a kick from fresh ginger.

A fibre boosting berry smoothie with chia seeds. Using frozen berries means you create this super creamy chilled smoothie all year round. And finally a banana tahini smoothie blended with heart healthy oats and mixed seeds.

DIRECTIONS

Green Smoothie

Scoop out half an avocado and pop it in the blender cup. Add the banana and all the remaining ingredients. Pour over the Unsweetened Almond Breeze® and blend until smooth and creamy.

 

Berry Smoothie

To make the chia pudding

Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to a jar and mix thoroughly with 6 tablespoons of Unsweetened Almond Breeze®. Screw the lid on the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.

 

To make the smoothie

Add all the ingredients to the blender cup, add 1 tablespoon of the made chia pudding and pour over the Unsweetened Almond Breeze®. Blend until smooth and creamy.

 

Banana and Tahini

Add all the ingredients to the blender cup, pour over the Unsweetened Almond Breeze® and blend until smooth and creamy.

50g frozen mango

2cm chunk of fresh ginger

1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Berry Smoothie

90g frozen mixed berries

1 banana

1 tbsp. chia pudding

1 tbsp. cashew butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Chia pudding

2 tbsp. chia seeds

6 tbsps. Unsweetened Almond Breeze

Banana & Tahini

250ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze

½ banana

20g oats

2 Medjool dates, de-stoned

1 tbsp. light tahini

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 tbsp. mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower & flax)
