Raspberry Chia Pudding

  1. Add almond milk, yoghurt, raspberries and maple syrup to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds until completely combined. 
  3. Allow to sit in the fridge for 15 minutes, or overnight until thickened up. Top with toppings of choice and enjoy!

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt 

1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp maple syrup 


Fresh berries 

Pistachios or toasted hazelnuts 

Sliced banana

Dark chocolate chips or shavings
