Raspberry Chia Pudding
- Add almond milk, yoghurt, raspberries and maple syrup to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds until completely combined.
- Allow to sit in the fridge for 15 minutes, or overnight until thickened up. Top with toppings of choice and enjoy!

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pistachios or toasted hazelnuts
