Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

  1. Add all ingredients besides serving ones to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a small saucepan and heat through over medium-high heat. Stir often and watch to avoid burning the bottom.
  3. Top with whipped cream, melted chocolate and chopped peanuts.

4 tbsp instant hot chocolate of choice

1 tbsp peanut butter 

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

To serve:

Finely chopped peanuts 

Melted Chocolate 

Whipped Cream
