Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

  1. In a saucepan, place the chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and salt. Over medium-low heat, stir gently with whisk until the chocolate melts and the mixture is well blended.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with a spoonful of whipped cream, cinnamon sugar and grated chocolate.

60 g dark chocolate 

1/3 cup white granulated sugar

2 cups Almond Breeze Barista

3 tsp cinnamon 

1 pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

 

Toppings:

Whipped cream or coconut cream to top 

Cinnamon sugar

Grated Chocolate
